MRS KAY DUNGAVELL

Late of Charters Towers.
A funeral service was held for Kay at the Church of Christ, Corner Anne and High Streets, Charters Towers on Friday 13th August, 2021.
Her funeral cortege then proceeded to the Lynd Highway Cemetery.

Condolences to all the Dungavell family on the loss of your beloved mother. Kay was a lovely lady who shared her skills and humour with all she met through the retreats around Australia and New Zealand that is the SCQUILTERS ones. A person who will be sadly missed by many.
Thinking of you at this sad time Marianne & Sari. Deepest sympathy for the loss of your dear mother & my condolences to all the family.
As I said earlier, I was blessed to have such lovely cousins, and Kay was one of them. I really do wish that I had the words to ease your pain, Marianne, Kent, Sari and families, but I don’t. When Ron and I visited Mum in Charters Towers, Kay and Graham lent us their spare car on more than one occasion.This is just one example of her caring, thoughtful and endearing qualities. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, and I believe that Kay is at peace and at home with her loved ones. xxx
