Passed away peacefully on the 5th of March 2026.

Beloved wife of Taffy and loving mother of Warren and Kealie.

Cherished mother-in-law of Cassandra and Shawn, doting grandmother of 6 and great grandmother of 4 and a dear friend to many.

Jan’s family has respectfully requested that anyone who wishes to pay tribute to Jan please do so by way of a small donation to Muscular Dystrophy Australia, as she was very passionate about research in this area.

In accordance with Jan’s wishes a private cremation was held.
