Beverley Phyllis Leo (nee Burdekin) Late of Charters Towers passed away peacefully in the company of family on Saturday 25th April 2026.
Cherished daughter of Elsie Burdekin (nee Santo) (dec) and Frank Burdekin (dec)
Loving wife of Carl Leo. Dearly loved mother to Lelaine, Dennis, Simon, Laurence and Kristen.
Loving Sister to Frank (Dec) Elise May (dec), Sonny (dec), Ray (dec), Delmae.
Cherished grandmother and Great-grandmother, God-mother, Aunty, niece, cousin and friend to many.
Family, extended family and friends of Beverley Leo attended her funeral service which commenced at 10am on Thursday 7th May 2026 at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Gill Street Charters Towers.

My heart goes out to Carl and family. I loved Beverley. I will always remember her kindness to us. She was a real genuine lady.
