In loving memory of Sheila McGill
“Dawn”
Late of Charters Towers, who passed away on 7th November 2025, aged 70 years. She was surrounded by her four children.
Much loved wife to Alan McGill and mum to Cheyenne, Kirby, Brodie and Connor.
Beloved Grandma to Elysia, Riley, Darcy, Mackaydee, Summer, Pippa and Eden.
Much respected and adored boarding supervisor to students from BTC, ASSG and CCC.
Close friend and support to many.
Family and friends attended Dawn’s funeral service on Tuesday, 25 November 10am at Blackthorn Hall. In celebration of Dawn’s affection for colour, the dress code is Bright and Colourful.
Dawn’s family deeply appreciate the tender and effective care delivered by SPaRTa Palliative Care, BlueCare, and the staff at Dalrymple Villa.

I have wonderful memories of Dawn in my shop “naturally Good” she was a ton of fun, loved her job….. the kids. Such an amazing mum. I know she will be missed . Thinking of you
